Norwegian Lights

Some compelling footage of a UFO/inexplicable weirdness caught up in old Norge. Some witnesses claim the phenomenon was as large as the moon in the night sky, while others are attributing the strange spiraling lights to a Russian rocket gone wrong. Given the odd "portal" effect at 0:18 in the video, I'm going to disagree with the rocket theory. What do you think?
